Monday 9:45 Beyond Chair Yoga is a powerful way for anyone to find strength, correct a posture, deepen a posture, add flexibility, improve circulation, target abdominal muscles, and repair or keep your knees, calves and thighs strong.
Tuesday 9am Qigong is an standing class that changes seasonally, keeps our bodies healthy, flexible, strong and balanced through your daily stresses.
Wednesday 8:30 am Meditation Series.
Wednesday 9am Morning Hatha Yoga Flow is a steady yoga sequence that moves slow enough to stay aligned, yet quick enough to generate heat, and energy.
Thursday 9am Qigong is an ongoing form that changes seasonally, keeps our bodies healthy, flexible, strong and balanced through your daily stress.
Friday 9am Alignment Based Yoga for body awareness

I wanted to say that I like the way you change up routines and positions from week to week, along with repeating some for continuity, and also provide several different options depending on our ability and range of movement.
It is really helpful to me when you explain the movements each time and also explain the physical or mental aspects you are trying to address.
I also appreciate the fact that you offer a sense of community. It especially struck me the day you said ‘even though we may be alone in our homes, we are not alone, as we participate in your classes. That seems so critical to me as we continue on and on through the pandemic…… ~M.W. Maine
